Conference on North-South Migration Dialogue

Keith attended the “North-South Migration Dialogue” conference in Lagos, Portugal on Monday 29th March. During the conference, organised by the Council of Europe’s Sub-Committee on Cooperation with non-European countries of origin and transit, Keith spoke about North-South migration challenges.
