Gujurati GCSE and A-Levels at Risk of Being Cut

Posted on May 20th, 2015 in Local News

Many residents and education providers in Leicester East have raised their concerns with Keith about the potential discontinuation of Gujurati GCSE and A-Level qualifications across the United Kingdom.

This decision, if it is carried out, is of great concern. Minority language teaching is of great importance to many minority communities, be it Polish teaching, Turkish teaching, or indeed Gujurati.

Keith has written to the Secretary of State for Education, Nicky Morgan, raising these concerns. Please do contact us if you have any comments or concerns to add regarding these proposals.
