Keith and members of the Home Affairs Committee have taken part in Firearms Officer training at the Metropolitan Police headquarters New Scotland Yard.

The visit involved a video simulation exercise that is used as part of officer training, testing decision making and illustrating the fast moving split-second nature of the incidents.

The training was designed to inform the Committee as to the tactics used by the Metropolitan Police when confronted by armed criminals.
