Keith revisits Peggy Taylor to check improvements in her house.

Keith recently met again with Peggy Taylor, a pensioner who had struggled for years to get improvements made to her house, who was delighted that her dream bathroom has been finally completed.

Keith raised concerns about her case in February 2013 when Leicester City Council were demanding payment for the works to improve her quality of life to be carried out, payments which she could not afford.

Keith said:

“I held a “Bring & Buy” sale to help raise some of the funds.   I paid Leicester City Council the amount required on behalf of Mrs. Taylor, so that the works could be carried out.

Mrs Taylor, an 83 year old pensioner, suffers from chronic breathing problems and has great difficulty in walking. She has also had a stair lift fitted.  Mrs Taylor is a very independent lady and wants to remain so for a long time and I was  happy to help.”
