Keith welcomes the Indian High Commissioner to Leicester

Keith recently welcomed Dr J. Bhagwati, the Indian High Commissioner to the UK, to the Belgrave Neighbourhood Centre in Leicester.

The visit marked the Commissioner’s first visit to Leicester.
