On a recent visit to Paris, Keith met with Harlem Desir, Member of European Parliament and number two in the French Socialist Party at their headquarters to discuss the new government and its future programme.

Keith met with Brigadier General Perez, the head of the Anti-Narcotics Unit in Columbia to discuss recent developments in the fight against drugs in Columbia. Keith initially met with the Brigadier General in March whilst the Committee were visiting Columbia.
